UPCOMING PERFORMANCES 

Contemporary Intermediate Dance Workshop January 13th 2024 from 7:00-8:00pm to help raise funds for our upcoming dance competition. This workshop is welcome to all levels. Our workshop starts with a warm up focusing on balance, core strength, n leand rhythm. The class will be finished by learning more complex choreography. Tapanga Cargill will be teaching this class and has been training in the technique of Contemporary for the past 15+ years in the Crowsnest Pass AB and Lethbridge.

Bring a water bottle maybe a friend or two and come have a fun time while connecting with movement. Toe undies or turning shoes are recommended (socks work great too!)
